Current Availability We have a limited supply of processed lamb available at the farm. Please email or call to arrange a pick-up time. The meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen. We offer the following options: Whole Lamb: $ 425 Half Lamb: $ 250 A few options for specific cuts are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Annual Availability for Pre-Orders - NOW ACCEPTING for our 2021 lambs! We are able to offer 3 options at this time: Whole roasting lamb $ 325 Whole lamb fully butchered, packaged, & frozen $ 450 1/2 lamb fully butchered, packaged, & frozen $ 275
Our 2021 lambs will be processed at the end of January, 2022. They will be available for pickup in February, 2022.
Our lambs are raised on pasture until they weigh about 80 lbs. On average, you can expect that you will receive 26 - 30 lbs of meat from a whole, butchered lamb, or 13 - 15 lbs of meat from half a lamb.
We process our lambs at a USDA-inspected facility which emphasizes humane handling of our animals along with a focus on food safety standards.
